FISKA

Evelyn and Christian Plattner wanted to build their aquaponics system as compact as possible while utilizing the slope of the land. Therefore, it made sense to house the aquaculture in a concrete, earth-contacting space and to place the greenhouse on top of this structure.

With great success, the Plattner family markets their produced fish and vegetables to private customers in their region, and they still have room for development until the annual production quantity of approximately 14 tons is reached.
