Matthias and Romana Witzlinger stand for innovative products in their farm. With the aquaponics system they have now built, they have taken the next step to further expand their range.
What is particularly interesting is that almost all the work involved in constructing the plant, which was lovingly integrated into the existing building, was carried out by Matthias and his family themselves, which meant that the investment costs could be kept very low. Their plant can produce around 25 tonnes of fish per year.
